If the plate isn't right, send it back within thirty days of delivery and we'll refund the unit price in full. Return shipping is your responsibility; the rest is ours.

Procedure · Three Steps

Email us
Write to [email protected] with your order number — the eight-character code from your confirmation email — and a one-line note on what isn't working for you. We reply with the return address within 24–48 hours.

Pack & ship
The plate is small and light — a padded mailer is plenty. Use any carrier; we recommend a tracked service since the carrier's tracking is the only record we both have once it leaves your hands. Returns must be unused and in their original anodized condition; we inspect on arrival.

Refund
Once we've checked the plate, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Stripe and your bank handle the rest — typically 5–10 business days, occasionally faster. We email you the moment it's queued.
If Something's Off
Defective on Arrival
If the plate arrived damaged or with a visible defect — we cover return shipping and replace it. A photo or two helps us move fast.
Lost in Transit
If a return never arrives, the carrier's tracking is the source of truth. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
A Few Days Late
Past the thirty-day window by a little? Write anyway. We read every email and tend to be reasonable about it.
