Policy

By mail, within 30 days of delivery.

Parts must be unused and in the condition they shipped in. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when a part arrives damaged or defective: we cover return shipping on those and send a replacement. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. The policy applies to every country we ship to, and if you're a few days past the window, write to us anyway.

How it works

   Email us

   Write to [email protected] with your order number (the eight-character code in your confirmation email) and a short note on the reason. For a damaged or defective part, include a photo. We reply with the return address within a day or two. The same address handles any other question about an order.

2. 02

   Pack & ship

   Both parts are small and light, so a padded mailer is enough. Any carrier works; use a tracked service, since tracking is the only record of the shipment. We inspect each return on arrival. If a return goes missing, the carrier's tracking is the reference; contact us and we'll sort it out.

3. 03

   Refund

   After inspection we refund the original payment method. The refund usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We email you when it's issued.
